Hey, have you ever taken the 16 personalities assessment? If not, you're missing out on an opportunity to learn more about yourself and improve your personal and professional life!

Here is the link of the test:

I'm someone who's taken the test and was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of the results. I found out that I'm an Assertive Executive (ESTJ-A), which means I'm someone who is practical, organized, and good at making decisions quickly. It was helpful to learn more about myself, and I've been able to use that information to make better decisions and communicate more effectively with others.

The 16 personalities assessment uses an acronym to describe five personality aspects that define a person's personality type: Energy (E/I), Mind (S/N), Nature (T/F), Tactics (J/P), and Identity (A/T). These letters represent specific traits that combine to form various personality types and groups.

Energy reflects how we interact with our surroundings, with Introverts (I) preferring solitary activities and Extroverts (E) energized by social interaction. Mind determines how we process information, with Observant (S) types being practical and down-to-earth, and Intuitive (N) types being imaginative and open-minded.

Nature determines how we make decisions and cope with emotions, with Thinking (T) types prioritizing logic and Feeling (F) types being sensitive and expressive. Tactics reflects our approach to work and planning, with Judging (J) types being decisive and organized, and Prospecting (P) types being good at improvising and spotting opportunities.

Identity underpins all others, showing how confident we are in our abilities, with Assertive (-A) types being self-assured and resistant to stress, and Turbulent (-T) types being self-conscious and sensitive to stress.

Of course, like any personality assessment, the 16 personalities tool isn't perfect. It's important to remember that personality is complex, and no single test can fully capture who you are. But the 16 personalities assessment is a great starting point for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves.

I think one of the best things about the 16 personalities assessment is that it can help you better understand the people around you. When you know someone's personality type, you can tailor your communication style to better connect with them. For example, if you're working with someone who's more introverted, you might want to give them space and time to think before they share their thoughts. Or if you're working with someone who's more emotional, you might want to show them empathy and understanding.

So if you haven't taken the 16 personalities assessment yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to complete, and you'll get a detailed report that can help you better understand yourself and others. Who knows, you might even be surprised by what you learn!

Yun na! Pak!
