Apparently, I'm Strong. So Why Am I Depressed?

I have taken so many personality tests that apparently, every psychological framework, ancient civilization, and celestial body has already formed an opinion about me.

I am a Virgo.
Born in the Year of the Rat.
An ESTJ-A according to 16Personalities / MBTI.
A DI in DISC.
A Type 8 in the Enneagram.
Choleric-Sanguine in temperament.
And a Red-Blue personality.

Juskodai Pilipins (A Personal Reflection)

Juskodai, Pilipins!!!!

'Yun na! Pak!

Ground Check: Musings from our Town Hall Meetings

Nakakapagod. Nakakasakit ng mga kalamnan at kasu-kasuan. But I did it--because I needed to.

20 Years of Being a SEDPIp

Twenty years. Two decades. 240 months. 1,040 weeks. 7,300 days.
And in every single one of those days, there was purpose.

It still amazes me how quickly it all passed--and how deeply it stayed.

40 Life Lessons from my 40-Year Journey

A month ago, I celebrated my birthday. Turning 40 feels like stepping into a new chapter filled with wisdom, clarity, and a deeper understanding of life. Over the years, I've learned countless lessons--some through joyous moments, others through challenges and failures. As I celebrate this milestone, I wanted to share 40 of the most valuable life lessons I've gathered along my journey. Whether you're younger or older, I hope these insights resonate with you and offer a bit of inspiration on your own path.

Wrestling: Just One of the Weird Things I'm Into

One of the quirkiest things about me is my love for WWE wrestling. I've been watching WWE since I was 5 years old. Yes, that's 35 years of body slams, suplexes, and wild storylines that's much more dramatic than my actual life. At this point, it's not really an obsession (I promise!), but it's just one of those things that stuck with me. Some people collect stamps, others are plantitas--I watch people in spandex throw each other around for fun.
